While reading the latest results from the Your Dublin Your Voice Survey, I found the following technology based items interesting:- 99% of respondents own a mobile phone, 60% of these have a smartphone with the breakdown as follows:
- 18-20 : 73%
- 31-34 : 68%
- 46-65 : 50%
- Over 65: 34%
- 70% of 18-30 year olds use facebook to communicate every day or most days and 46% of all respondents do.
- Only 25% & 20% of 18-30 & 31-45 year olds use Twitter and 16% of all respondents do.
- 65% find it difficult to find Irish sites selling the products they want.
